Biography
Marcus Phelps assists clients in real estate transactions from contract formation to closing. He drafts and negotiates contracts, reviews title matters, and develops solutions to see that the deal gets done.
Marcus earned his law degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2017 where he served as Director of Competitions and as the Success Session Coordinator for the BLSA. Marcus worked as a summer associate at Kreig DeVault LLP in Indianapolis, IN.
Prior to law school, Marcus was selected to participate in the Coro Fellowship Program, a nine-month leadership training program in public affairs, and worked as a legal assistant for the Center for American Progress.
Marcus earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Akron, magna cum laude, in 2011.
