Eli Williams practices in the firm’s Real Estate and Environmental Groups where he helps represent public and private companies and municipalities in real estate purchases, leases, and development projects, as well as helping to ensure compliance with state and federal environmental laws and regulations. He currently supports the entire Real Estate team in complex transactions involving the purchase and sale of a myriad of commercial real estate matters.
Eli is interested in real estate development projects, environmental law and litigation, brownfield redevelopment, renewable and alternative energy projects, zoning and land use issues, and public finance and incentives.
Eli graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, cum laude, and was the Executive Symposium Editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review. He earned CALI awards as the top student in Property Law and Wills & Trusts, as well as represented clients in the Sixth Circuit Clinic. Eli is admitted to practice law in Kentucky; he is not licensed in Ohio.
