Alex Diamond practices in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group. While his practice includes a broad range of general corporate matters, Alex focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions for both private and publicly held companies.

Prior to law school, Alex worked as a Contracts Administrator and Lead for ATCO Structures & Logistics in Calgary, Canada. He managed legal and official correspondence between the company, its clients and subcontractors, managed subcontractor’s scope of work requirements and drafted, negotiated and executed subcontractor agreements on multiple projects. 

Alex earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2019 and his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Law and Society from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada in 2010. Alex is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
