Biography

Kyle Miller practices in the firm's Litigation Group and helps clients resolve disputes through litigation and negotiation.

His practice is concentrated in the area of complex civil litigation and he represents individuals and businesses in matters related to breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, False Claims Act (qui tam), and FDCPA/TCPA litigation.  He also defends companies in personal injury/wrongful death suits and probate litigation. 

Kyle earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he attended on a full academic scholarship, graduated with Honors, and was an Articles Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael Newman of the Southern District of Ohio.  Prior to joining KMK, Kyle served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company.
