Chuck Neal's core responsibilities as the firm's Litigation Support Specialist / E-Discovery Manager include managing paper and electronic discovery evidence throughout the litigation lifecycle, providing electronic document review management as well as designing and generating electronic document production deliverables in a cost-effective and value-added manner on behalf of the firm’s client base.
As a member of the Information Technology Group working exclusively in litigation, Chuck's role makes him uniquely suited to participate in the firm’s efforts to bridge the gap between counsel and Information Technology by helping the firm’s litigation attorneys educate clients about proactive, compliant and cost-effective e-discovery strategies and implementation.
Prior to joining KMK in 2019, Chuck served as a E-Discovery Analyst for a large law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio.
