The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) welcomes attorney, Nicole E. Cloyd, as an Associate in the firm’s Business Representation & Transactions and Intellectual Property Groups.
Cloyd assists individuals and businesses on a broad range of intellectual property and technology transactions matters, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and issues related to privacy and data security.
Cloyd earned her Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2021, where she gained experience working with clients at the Trademark and Copyright Clinic. Cloyd earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in 2019. She was the online content manager of the Kentucky Law Journal, as well as a member of the Moot Court National Team. Cloyd earned her B.A. from Centre College in 2016. Cloyd is admitted to practice law in Kentucky.
