Keating Muething & Klekamp Hires Two New Associates
The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) has recently hired two new associates: Andrew J. Chamberlain and Andrew J. Kaminski.
Andrew J. Chamberlain practices in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions and business planning. Prior to joining KMK, Chamberlain worked for Bank of America, N.A. where he was responsible for negotiating credit agreements and term sheets. He structured debt finance transactions ranging from $10M - $4B including leveraged buy-outs, M&A finance, asset-based lending, and public finance. While at Bank of America, N.A., Chamberlain also facilitated Primary and Secondary loan trading. He reviewed credit documentation for loan trade restrictions and drafted corresponding LSTA documents including Assignment & Assumption Agreements and Trade Confirms. Chamberlain earned his J.D. from Charlotte School of Law in 2014. He earned his B.S. from Iowa State University in 2010.
Andrew J. Kaminski practices in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group. He focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business planning and formation, commercial finance and corporate counseling. Prior to joining KMK, Kaminski was an Associate with Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson where he counseled privately-held businesses on a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern in the chambers of the Honorable William O. Bertelsman, Senior Judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Kaminski earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, cum laude, in 2013. He earned his B.S. from The Ohio State University, Dean’s List, in 2010.
