Kenneth P. Kreider Elected to Serve on the Board of Directors of Union Village Development Company
Kenneth P. Kreider, Partner at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®), has been elected to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Union Village Development Company, a new entity formed to oversee the development of a 1,200 acre tract of land located near the Otterbein Community in Warren County, Ohio.
Kreider, a partner with the firm since 1989, currently serves a co-leader of the firm’s Real Estate Group, a practice that touches all areas of real estate development. Kreider is a graduate of the UC College of Law, and Kenyon College. He is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is certified as a specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Property Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Kreider is a licensed title insurance agent and serves as Executive Vice President, Chairman of the Board, and Agent for Riverbend Commercial Title Agency, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KMK.

Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices owns 1,430 acres of land in northern Warren County, Ohio. With about 230 acres reserved for Otterbein’s senior community, 1,200 acres, currently used for farming, are available for development. With the continued expansion and growth of residential, education, health care and business opportunities throughout Warren County, it is inevitable that the land owned by Otterbein will be in great demand over time. The Board of Directors for the Union Village Development Company will serve to oversee the development of Union Village, a 30-50 year project to slowly, but efficiently, develop the 1,200 acres of available land.
