2019 Law Student Diversity Case Competition

In partnership with the University of Cincinnati College of Law's Center for Professional Development, Keating Muething and Klekamp invites 1L Diverse Students to participate in a case competition to be held at KMK Law on January 18 & 19, 2019.

This inaugural competition will join our top legal, diverse talent from five area law schools. Participants will benefit from workshops, networking and team presentations judged by KMK partners, clients and community leaders.

Who is eligible to participate?

Underrepresented minority, first year students who attend Tri-State law schools.

In the spirit of the competition, teams should be a minimum of two (2) students, and a max of three (3) students per team.

Key Dates:

  • The application is open until November 1, 2018
  • Competition will be held January 18-19, 2019 at KMK Law

Application Instructions:

We require each participant to fill out an individual registration form, and submit to jmulhern@kmklaw.com with a current copy of his/her resume. The email subject line should say, "[Case Competition] Resume."

Team Prizes:

1st Place - $2,000
2nd Place - $1,500
3rd Place - $500
