The Labor and Employment group at KMK is looking for an associate with 3-5 years experience. The ideal candidate must have experience with employment litigation (research/writing, drafting pleadings/motions, counseling on garden variety EEO matters) and sound second chair experience (taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, etc.).

Partner/Sr Associate Level IP Transactional Attorney

KMK is seeking a senior associate or partner level candidate for our Business Group with 6+ years of experience in the IP Transactional area. Candidates should have significant experience in the software, technology, trademark and copyright areas including applications, actions, enforcements, strategic development and client counseling.  Candidates with a book of business are preferred.
