Multi-Practice Teams

KMK has developed several cross-functional, multi-disciplinary client teams focused on specific subject matters that impact our clients.

The KMK E-Discovery Team supports our clients striving to implement best practices to manage their information technology on a daily basis as well as clients preparing for litigation-related electronic discovery issues.  The team is comprised of attorneys, paralegals, and Information Technology team members who focus on litigation support services.  The attorneys serving on this team include members from our Litigation Group, Labor & Employment Group, and our Business Representation & Transactions Group.

KMK’s Evolving Media & Technology (EMT) Team is comprised of attorneys from multiple disciplines focused on helping business clients strategically adopt emerging technology and communication tools while being mindful of potential legal issues.  EMT Team attorneys work together to help clients safeguard their trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property, protect their companies’ messages and brands, and guard against potential employment and other litigation issues while maximizing the benefits of implementing Web 2.0 interactive communication tools such as blogs, social networking sites, and wikis.  Team members represent the following practice areas: Labor & Employment, Litigation, Business Representation & Transactions, Insurance Coverage & Litigation, and Intellectual Property.

KMK's Green Team assists developers, property owners, and construction professionals with the implementation of Green building principals that enhance the value of their projects and take advantage of available incentives.  The team is comprised of attorneys from KMK's Real Estate Group, Environmental Group, Economic Development Group, Construction Law Group, and Tax Law Group.  Two of our attorneys are LEED® AP Certified.
