Our lawyers have gained national recognition from their involvement in mass disaster situations, aircraft incidents, environmental injuries and medically related tort actions. This litigation not only involves the usual procedures in trial and appellate courts, but often requires that our lawyers practice before the Judicial Panel on Multi-district Litigation, and conduct the handling of the case pursuant to the Federal Manual for Complex Litigation.
