Cincinnati Law Firm Keating Muething & Klekamp Elects Five New Partners

The Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK Law®) is pleased to announce that it has elected five new partners: Cole D. Bond, Geoffrey G. Leder, William N. Minor, Julie T. Muething, and Kelley Brandstetter Tracy.

Cole D. Bond practices in KMK Law’s Labor & Employment Group. Bond’s law practice includes advising and defending employers in connection with wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour cases. Bond also prosecutes and defends trade secret and unfair competition lawsuits and represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and other administrative agencies. Bond earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1999 and his B.A. from the University of Kansas in 1996.

Geoffrey G. Leder practices in KMK Law’s Real Estate Group. Leder’s practice includes representing a variety of corporate, individual and non-profit clients in all aspects of the development, disposition, acquisition, leasing, finance, and construction of commercial real estate. He has experience in advising clients in the structuring and documentation of all facets of transactions, including new markets tax credit and historic tax credit financing. Leder earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2008, magna cum laude, and his B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 2000, magna cum laude

William N. Minor assists clients in litigation and dispute resolution. He focuses his practice on representing both private and public companies in complex commercial litigation involving a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract claims, financial services litigation, securities litigation, construction litigation, business torts, fraud, commercial real estate disputes, insurance disputes, and class actions. Minor is a member of the firm's Hiring Committee and is also an active participant in the Vanderbilt University Law School Admission Interview Program. Minor earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2008, and his B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 2004.

Julie T. Muething practices in the firm's Business Representation and Transactions Practice Group.   She represents both public and private companies in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions; business formation, organization and capitalization; venture capital and other equity financing; and general advice regarding corporate and business matters. Muething’s practice also includes representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions. Muething earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2008, cum laude, and her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2002.

Kelley Brandstetter Tracy’s practice is concentrated in commercial finance and the structural and legal aspects of debt financing and equipment leasing. She represents lenders, borrowers, finance companies, lessors and lessees in domestic and international, and secured and unsecured financing and leasing transactions in varying industries. Tracy also has significant experience in aviation finance transactions and other matters related to aircraft ownership and leasing. Prior to joining KMK Law, she served as an associate in the Banking & Finance Group at Clifford Chance US LLP in New York. Tracy earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2009, summa cum laude, and she earned her B.S. from Clemson University in 2006, summa cum laude.
