Danielle M. D'Addesa's practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation, primarily in ERISA defense, securities, and general corporate and business matters. She also has experience in False Claims Act and qui tam litigation, product liability/tort litigation, and mass tort litigation. D’Addesa earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2003, Order of the Coif. She earned her B.A. from Rollins College in 1999, summa cum laude.
Drew M. Hicks' practice is concentrated in the field of commercial litigation with an emphasis on financial banking litigation, securities litigation and arbitrations, as well as class actions. Hicks has also represented public and private companies in a wide variety of business disputes including union organization campaigns and other complex commercial litigation. Hicks earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2003. He earned his B.A. from Duke University in 1999.
Brian P. Muething's practice is primarily concentrated in the litigation and bankruptcy and reorganization areas. He has represented public and private companies in a range of matters in state and federal court, as well as commercial arbitrations. Muething has represented multiple firm clients in class action matters. In bankruptcy courts, he has represented numerous clients including financial institutions, insurance companies, landlords, and a court-appointed creditor representative in a mass tort bankruptcy. Muething earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, 2003 and his B.A. from Miami University in 2000 where he triple majored in political science, geography, and urban and regional planning.
Claire V. Parrish practices in the firm’s private client services practice group in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and taxation. She helps individuals, families and closely held business owners plan for the timely and tax efficient transfer of assets to younger generations and to the community through charitable giving. She also has experience with the administration of complex estates and trusts and has represented fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested trust and estate proceedings. Prior to joining KMK, Parrish served as a sole practitioner (2003-2005), as an associate at Drew & Ward Co. L.P.A. (1997-2003) and as an associate at Dinsmore & Shohl (1995-1997). Parrish earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1995, Order of the Coif. She earned her B.A. from Indiana University in 1991. Parrish is admitted to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky.
Jason V. Stitt helps clients with their legal needs related to commercial finance and reorganization, concentrating in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization, and creditors’ rights. He counsels individuals and companies in matters related to federal bankruptcy cases, matters relating to mass tort asbestos bankruptcies, and out-of-court debt restructuring and work-outs. Stitt routinely advises clients regarding contractual rights in bankruptcy and liquidation matters and priority rights under the Uniform Commercial Code. He has extensive experience defending bankruptcy preference and fraudulent conveyance actions. He also has represented defendants in officer and director liability cases and “Ponzi” scheme claims. Stitt has appeared in bankruptcy courts across the country. Prior to joining KMK in 2004, Stitt practiced with Sawyer & Glancy PLLC, a boutique commercial finance and bankruptcy firm in Lexington, Kentucky. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2002 and his B.A. from the University of Kentucky in 1997.
