Antoinette L. Schindel Joins Keating Muething & Klekamp
Schindel advises companies on the implementation and operation of tax-qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, as well as health and welfare plans. She also assists clients with the implementation and operation of non-qualified deferred compensation plans and equity-based compensation plans. In addition, Schindel has experience in the areas of labor and employment. Prior to joining Keating Muething & Klekamp, she was an associate with the law firm of Marrinan & Mazzola Mardon PC in New York, NY.
Schindel earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in 2003. In 1998, she earned her B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University. In 2011, she earned her LL.M from Washington University School of Law, with honors.
