J. Michael Hurst joins Keating Muething & Klekamp (KMK) as Of Counsel in the intellectual property practice area.
Mr. Hurst has extensive experience in trademark prosecution and protection as well as in intellectual property licensing areas, both in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to joining KMK, Mr. Hurst served as Corporate Counsel-IP at Caterpillar, Inc. in Peoria, Illinois. He received his J.D. from The University of Cincinnati College of Law (1998) and his B.S. from Duke University (1995).
