KMK Files Class Action Complaint on Behalf of Residents and Businesses within the Village of Camden

October 5, 2010

KMK has teamed up with the law firm of Lindhorst & Dreidame and Charles D. Hubler, Co. LPA and filed a class action complaint on behalf of all residents and businesses operating within the Village of Camden. The complaint alleges that Defendants Rod Good, Rod Good Enterprises LLC, R. Good Logistics, LLC, Central Salt, LLC and Cargill, Inc. negligently stored and maintained road salt at R. Good Enterprises' North Main Street site such that the road salt, its run-off, its discharge from an improperly stored drainage pipe, and other byproducts have contaminated the Village of Camden's public water supply. The complaint seeks certification of a class of all residents and businesses who receive their water from the Camden public water system and seeks monetary damages and other relief on behalf of the putative class.
