Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL Announced that Litigation Partner Rachael A. Rowe to Have Dual Role as She Joins Its Labor & Employment Group

CINCINNATI, OH — Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK^®) announced today that Rachael A. Rowe, a partner in its Litigation Group, formally will join its Labor & Employment Group.  Going forward, Rowe will be an active member of both practice groups. 

Rowe began her career in the labor and employment area defending companies against employment discrimination claims.  Over the years, Rowe’s practice evolved and she now represents KMK clients in a variety of complex cases, primarily concentrating on the defense of class action lawsuits.  Most recently, Rowe has handled the defense of a number of employment-related class action cases.  In connection with this work, Rowe’s client relationships frequently have led her to return to her roots in employment practices consulting. 

In KMK’s Labor & Employment Group, Rowe will focus primarily on employment practices consultation and employment litigation.  She also will continue to work on other types of complex commercial and securities cases as a member of KMK’s Litigation Group. 

Rachael A. Rowe is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, is a member of Best Lawyers in America^® (Commercial Litigation) and the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Forty Under 40 list for 2009, and is a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati (Class 32) and Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (Class 6).  Rowe has first chair trial experience in both federal and state courts throughout the country.  Rowe is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.  She earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her B.A. from Miami University, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association (Administration & Finance Committee, Admissions Committee), the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Kentucky Bar Association.
