KMK Partner Ken Kreider Elected To Join The American College of Real Estate Lawyers
Kenneth P. Kreider, a partner in the Real Estate Group at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK®) has been elected to join the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).
ACREL is the premier organization of real estate lawyers in the United States. Admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. ACREL's distinguished, nationally-known lawyers have been elected to fellowship for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law, and for their contributions to the real estate and legal professions through their practices, legal writings, and public speaking.

ABOUT KENNETH P. KREIDER
Mr. Kreider is a partner with the law firm of Keating Muething and Klekamp, one of Cincinnati’s largest law firms. Mr. Kreider leads the KMK Green Team, a multi-disciplinary group comprised of real estate, environmental, economic development, construction, and tax lawyers who have experience and knowledge about Green development issues. His practice is concentrated in real estate acquisition, development and finance for clients engaged in both local and national acquisitions and dispositions.
Mr. Kreider also has extensive experience assisting clients with tenant-in-common projects and syndications and all aspects of real estate taxation. He regularly counsels clients on building code issues. His practice also encompasses general corporate law and the formation and tax exemption of not-for-profit corporations. Mr. Kreider is a licensed title insurance agent in Ohio and a frequent lecturer on topics of advanced real property law. He serves as Vice President and Agent for Riverbend Commercial Title Agency, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KMK. Mr. Kreider also is certified as a specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Property Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Kreider earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati, cum laude (1989) and his B.A. from Kenyon College, cum laude (1986).
