KMK Attorneys Sue A. Erhart and Rachael A. Rowe Selected for Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Leadership Programs

Sue A. Erhart and Rachael A. Rowe, partners at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL (KMK), were recently selected for Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber Leadership Programs. Sue A. Erhart was selected for the WE Lead Leadership Program and Rachael A. Rowe was selected for the Leadership Cincinnati USA Program.

WE Lead, part of the Women Excel Initiative, is a leadership program designed to assist women on established career tracks gain the skills necessary to advance to higher levels. In addition to leadership development, the program focuses on providing networking opportunities to women and helps women strengthen their negotiating power. Ms. Erhart practices in the area of commercial litigation and has extensive experience in both trial and appellate practice, in state and federal court. Her work in commercial litigation has given her significant experience in insurance coverage claims for directors and officers of both private and public companies. She also regularly represents trustees of mass tort settlement trusts, advising them on all aspects of trust law. She received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law (1996) and her B.S. from Xavier University (1993).

Leadership Cincinnati USA helps established local business and community leaders hone their leadership skills and build networks of contacts across a broad spectrum of diverse businesses and other entities, and also draws on their talents by having them band together to undertake projects that have a lasting positive impact on the community. Recent Leadership Cincinnati class projects include the Crayons to Computers program and the Urban League’s ACE program. Ms. Rowe focuses her practice on complex commercial and employment litigation. She has defended a number of corporate clients facing securities, employment and consumer class action lawsuits, and also has litigated matters involving sales of businesses and claims related to investment and bankruptcy fraud. She received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law (1996) and her B.A. from Miami University (1993).
