Keating, Muething & Klekamp Hires Four New Associates

Keating, Muething & Klekamp recently hired four new associates: M. Scott McIntyre, David A. Meyer, Steven W. Sebastian and Jennifer K. Walwyn.

M. Scott McIntyre received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, cum laude (2001) and his B.A. from Thomas More College, summa cum laude (1997). His practice is concentrated in the area of labor and employment law, as well as litigation and appeals. Prior to joining Keating, Muething & Klekamp, Mr. McIntyre served as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel A. Manion of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago and as a law clerk to the Honorable Karl. S. Forester, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

David A. Meyer received his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University (1996) and his B.S. from Thomas More College (1991). Mr. Meyer’s practice involves all areas of environmental law, including counseling and litigation representation on air emission issues, solid and hazardous waste management, underground storage tank regulation, environmental permitting, community right-to-know reporting, Superfund, wastewater and stormwater discharges, and hazardous materials transportation issues. Prior to joining Keating, Muething & Klekamp, Mr. Meyer was an associate with Frost Brown Todd, LLC.

Steven W. Sebastian received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School (2000) and his B.S. from the University of Kentucky (1997). His practice is concentrated in the area of employee benefits & executive compensation. He has experience with qualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans. Prior to joining Keating, Muething & Klekamp in 2004, Mr. Sebastian was an associate with the law firms of Poyner & Spruill LLP (Raleigh, NC) and Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease LLP.

Jennifer K. Walwyn received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law (2003) and her B.S. from Cornell University (2000). Ms. Walwyn will practice in the firm’s labor & employment group.  Prior to joining Keating, Muething & Klekamp, Ms. Walwyn worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Harry Lee Hudspeth, Senior United States District Judge, Western District of Texas.
