As revealed in the Enquirer's article, "Judges want special business court" dated June 28, 2008, KMK has been involved for over a decade in the effort to save clients money on business-to-business litigation - to create a court with judges specially trained in the commercial cases. Patrick F. Fischer presented, "New Temporary Rules for the Ohio Commercial Docket" on Tuesday, August 12 at 7:30 a.m. and on Wednesday, September 10 at 11:30 a.m. One hour of General CLE credit has been approved.
