Description:
The ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA) became a law on January 1, 2009, substantially expanding the Americans with Disabilities Act, and increasing employers' obligations to accommodate disabled employees. The KMK Labor & Employment group hosted a Management Roundtable on Friday, November 7 from 7:45 am to 9:00 am and on Monday, November 10 from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm.
