- Class Counsel has continued to stay in close contact with the Department of Energy. We learned on Friday, February 9, 2007, that all files have been transferred to Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Please note that the Federal Government makes payments in cycles. The next payment cycle is scheduled for the week of February 19th. As such, Class Counsel expects the Department of Energy to make payments the week of February 19th. Payments will not be made before then. In the event payments are not made the week of February 19th Class Counsel and the Special Master will contact the Federal District Court judge to expedite payment.
