Client(s): National facilities service corporation

This case involves individual, class, and collective sex-discrimination claims brought by private individuals and the EEOC against client.  KMK defeated the individual plaintiffs’ attempt to have the case certified as a class action, and later won summary judgment on the merits of all remaining individual and collective claims advanced by the EEOC.  In addition, the district court granted in part and denied in part client's motion to recover its legal fees from the EEOC, awarding over $2.5 million in fees and expenses.  Case settled.
