Plaintiffs allege the class they purport to represent were entitled to unpaid overtime as required under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1939
(“FLSA”) and the Ohio Minimum Fair Wage Standards Act (“Ohio Law”). Plaintiffs allege that they and the class they represent should have been paid time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of 40 personnel during their tenure as employees for the three years preceding the filing of the complaint. Judge granted in part and denied in part TQL’s Motion to Decertify the FLSA Collective action.
