Employee Benefits (ERISA) Associate

KMK Law is actively seeking an attorney with 2-5 years of Employee Benefits (ERISA) and Executive Compensation Group experience.  Applicant must have outstanding academic credentials, excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a long-term commitment to the employee benefits practice.

Litigation Associate

KMK Law is actively seeking an associate to join our Litigation Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably experience in complex commercial litigation and torts/product liability work, including taking and defending depositions, court appearances, and other practical litigation skills. Excellent research and writing skills and strong academic credentials are required. Past judicial clerkships are favored.
