Corporate Associate

Licensed attorney with 4 to 7 years of experience in corporate transactions, handling business law matters for all types and sizes of business organizations.  First Chair experience with business formation and counseling services, mergers and acquisitions services, contract review, and experience acting as counsel on joint ventures, franchising, and other business expansion alternatives.  Ideal candidate will have competitive academic background and experience working with a major law firm.
