Summer Associate Experience

At KMK you will spend the summer working closely with approximately 115 lawyers and our support staff of more than 150 individuals.

We recruit and train our Summer Associates to prepare them to serve as future leaders in our firm and in our community.  Our Summer Associates are highly-qualifed, exceptional individuals from highly-ranked law schools throughout the country.  Our ideal candidates possess self-motivation and determination, excellent communication, research, and writing skills, and are considered leaders.  We review resumes from Second Year Students beginning in July until the beginning of September for our Summer Associate Program.  Our interviews will conclude mid-September.  First Year Students' resumes are given consideration beginning December 1 of their First Year.  Interviews are concluded in early February.
