Paralegals and Practice Support

Ms. Alexander is a paralegal in the business representation and transactions group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since February 2008.

Ms. Behm is a paralegal in the litigation group. She assists attorneys with all stages of litigation from initial discovery through the pretrial, trial, and appeal stages.

Paula Bookmyer is a paralegal in the private client services group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since 1983. Paula assists attorneys with all aspects of estate and trust administration and works closely with clients to help them successfully negotiate through the documentation required by the Court system and taxing aurthorities following the death of a loved one

Ms. Creech is a paralegal in the litigation group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since 2004. She assists attorneys with all aspects of litigation from initial discovery through the pretrial, trial and appeal stages.

Ms. Ernst is a paralegal in the private client services group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since 1978. She assists attorneys with all aspects of estate, guardianship and trust administration, including the preparation and filing of Probate Court documents, estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns.

Ms. Fisher is a paralegal in the litigation group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since 1990. She assists attorneys with all aspects of litigation including initial investigation, discovery, trial and the preparation and filing of post-judgment documents.

Ms. Shoemaker is a paralegal in the litigation group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since June 2007. She assists attorneys with all stages of litigation from initial discovery through the pretrial, trial, and appeal stages

Ms. Maw administers the firm’s e-discovery and litigation support services, with a focus on e-discovery strategy, compliance and technology implementation. 

Ms. Meer is a paralegal in the litigation group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since 1987. She assists attorneys with all aspects of litigation including the preparation for trials, mediations and arbitrations and filing of pleadings in State and Federal jurisdictions.

Ms. Roper is a paralegal in the litigation group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since May 2006. She assists attorneys with all stages of litigation from initial discovery through pretrial, trial and appeal stages.

Ms. Scott is a paralegal in the litigation group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since July 2006. She assists attorneys with all aspects of litigation from initial discovery through the pretrial, trial and appeal stages.

Ms. Trame is a paralegal in the private client services group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since 1996. She assists attorneys with all aspects of estate and trust administration including the preparation and filing of Probate Court documents, estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns.

Ms. Williams is a paralegal in the employee benefits & executive compensation group. She assists attorneys with all aspects of employee benefits matters, including drafting and review of qualified plan documents, submission of qualified plans to the IRS for determination letter, and assisting clients with administrative issues.

Mr. Williams manages the firm’s litigation support technology, with a focus on EDD processing, litigation document management systems and managing the firm's litigation support technology operations and development.

Ms. Wood is a paralegal in the labor & employment group and has been an employee of Keating Muething & Klekamp since 2011.
