Mr. Babb's practice primarily involves transactional matters, regulatory counseling, representation in enforcement and permitting matters, contaminated site litigation, and counsel concerning solid and hazardous waste management, water and air pollution control, environmental policy, compliance, planning, and agriculture.

Mr. Coffaro focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, including corporate, intellectual property, insurance and real estate related disputes.

Ken helps business clients structure and close major transactions involving the acquisition, development, finance or disposition of real estate. His diverse experience with tenant in common syndications, complex IRC 1031 transactions, real estate taxation, building and preservation code matters, and rail/utility rights of way is instrumental in achieveing superior results in a variety of client transactions. 

Mr. Meyer’s practice involves all areas of environmental law, including transactional matters, compliance counseling, and litigation pertaining to air pollution control, solid and hazardous waste management, Superfund, wastewater, and storm water discharges and hazardous materials transportation issues.

Ms. Weller is a partner in the Real Estate Group. Her practice includes environmental issues raised in the context of corporate and real estate transactions; voluntary and "Brownfields" cleanups; CERCLA administrative and cost recovery actions; compliance counseling for hazardous waste, wastewater discharge and other environmental regulations; defense of environmental enforcement actions and citizen suits; administrative and judicial review of permits and other agency actions.

Mr. Cranley practices in the Bond & Municipal Finance area.

Mr. Leder practices in the firm’s real estate group. His practice includes representing a variety of corporate, individual and non-profit clients in matters involving sales, acquisitions, leasing, finance, construction and development and environmental law.

Mr. Singler is a member of the firm's private client group. Mr. Singler has experience in the areas of estate planning, real estate, probate and trust administration, taxation, adoption matters, wealth transfers, business succession planning, business planning, entity selection for new and existing businesses, preparation of corporate organizational documents, and general corporate law.

Mr. Tullis practices in the firm's real estate group. He has experience representing clients in a variety of real estate transactions and has worked on a wide array of lease transactions including commercial, retail, industrial, and office properties on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
