Mr. Gardner's practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate and title insurance law.

Ms. Gibson's practice is concentrated in the areas of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, both local and national, and finance.

Mr. Klekamp's practice is concentrated in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, succession planning and finance areas, and includes representation of numerous corporations, real estate developers, and small and medium size businesses.

Ms. Klekamp's practice is concentrated in all areas of real estate law, including representing developers and lenders in real estate purchases, sales and financing transactions.

Ken helps business clients structure and close major transactions involving the acquisition, development, finance or disposition of real estate. His diverse experience with tenant in common syndications, complex IRC 1031 transactions, real estate taxation, building and preservation code matters, and rail/utility rights of way is instrumental in achieveing superior results in a variety of client transactions. 

Mr. Meyer’s practice involves all areas of environmental law, including transactional matters, compliance counseling, and litigation pertaining to air pollution control, solid and hazardous waste management, Superfund, wastewater, and storm water discharges and hazardous materials transportation issues.

Mr. Spoor's practice is concentrated in the area of government and private activity bond issues and general municipal law.

Mr. Steinberg's practice emphasizes all aspects of real estate transactional matters including finance, acquisition and disposition of real property, development of real property, loan assignments and purchases, workouts and restructurings involving multiple classes of commercial and residential real estate such as industrial buildings, hotels, office buildings, residential developments, apartment buildings, retail, hospitals and other special use buildings.

Tom is a Partner in Keating Muething & Klekamp's real estate development practice. He has been successful in obtaining real estate tax reductions throughout Ohio and in several other states. He has obtained significant reductions for property owners of major office complexes, downtown office buildings, retail/commercial developments, large apartment complexes, and industrial/distribution facilities.

Mr. Trauth's practice is concentrated in areas of civil litigation, zoning and planning law and real estate law.

Mr. Weber’s practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate acquisition, development, construction and finance with an emphasis on conventional and public assisted financing programs.

Mr. Weiss has extensive experience in the representation of real estate developers and entrepreneurs, builders, financial institutions and investors in real estate.

Ms. Weller is a partner in the Real Estate Group. Her practice includes environmental issues raised in the context of corporate and real estate transactions; voluntary and "Brownfields" cleanups; CERCLA administrative and cost recovery actions; compliance counseling for hazardous waste, wastewater discharge and other environmental regulations; defense of environmental enforcement actions and citizen suits; administrative and judicial review of permits and other agency actions.

Mr. Cranley practices in the Bond & Municipal Finance area.

Ms. Schaffer’s practice is concentrated in the area of real estate law. She is a registered land attorney in Hamilton County, Ohio.
