Mr. Brun focuses his practice on estate planning as well as probate and trust administration.

Mr. Fershtman's practice is concentrated in the areas of representing closely held companies, particularly entrepreneurs in equity and private venture transactions, ongoing operations and divestitures, corporate mergers and acquisitions, taxation and estate planning

Mr. Gardner's practice is concentrated in tax law, including representation before the IRS, tax litigation, excise tax and income tax fraud, estate planning and general tax matters, closely held businesses, real estate, real estate syndications, choice of business entity corporations and finance transactions.

Mr. Mellen's practice is concentrated in the estate and succession planning and estate and trust administration areas. He also has extensive experience in the taxation and commercial transaction areas, with an emphasis on corporations, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transaction structuring issues.

Ms. Parrish practices in the firm’s private client services practice group in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, trust administration and taxation.

Mr. Rouse is the leader of the Private Client Services Group.  The major areas of his legal practice include estate and succession planning, general corporate representation (including mergers and acquisitions), probate and trust administration and tax related services. 

Mr. Sims practices in the business representation & transactions practice group. He works primarily in the federal income tax, business planning and health care areas.

A partner at Keating Muething & Klekamp since 1987, Mr. Matthews now serves in the Of Counsel capacity for the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice Group. His practice focuses on bank transactions, institutional and fund lending and a variety of complex financing transactions.

Mr. Singler is a member of the firm's private client group. Mr. Singler has experience in the areas of estate planning, real estate, probate and trust administration, taxation, adoption matters, wealth transfers, business succession planning, business planning, entity selection for new and existing businesses, preparation of corporate organizational documents, and general corporate law.
