Mr. Creighton is a trial attorney. His practice is concentrated in general civil litigation, with particular emphasis on complex business, antitrust and tort litigation, including class actions.

Ms. D'Addesa's practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation, primarily in ERISA defense, securities and general corporate and business matters. 

Mr. Gilligan focuses his practice in litigation and is a senior member of the Litigation Group.

Mr. Matthews practice is concentrated in the area of litigation with a focus on the analysis and litigation of insurance policy coverage issues.

Mr. Miller is a litigator with KMK. He is particularly adept at fast paced, legally intensive cases and matters that present novel issues of law. Mr. Miller has successfully handled expedited election law cases, challenges to state legislation, and injunction matters. 

Mr. Posey’s practice involves all aspects of litigation with particular emphasis in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and product liability litigation; insurance coverage; complex and multi-district litigation; and, being a pilot, aviation law, including aircraft accident litigation.

Mr. Sefton is a trial lawyer with extensive experience at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has obtained successful decisions, verdicts, and results for his clients at the trial level as well as through the appellate process. His practice focuses on highly complex, highly contentious litigation in which his client's most vital interests are at stake, including multidistrict litigation, class action litigation, complex product liability and personal injury litigation, financial and tax litigation, and antitrust litigation.

Mr. Utter’s practice is concentrated in the areas of class action, multi-district litigation, complex commercial litigation and personal injury.

Mr. Bules' practice is concentrated in the area of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on ERISA litigation defense and class actions.

Mr. Cappel’s practice is concentrated in the area of litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation and appellate practice. He also has experience in financial services litigation, construction litigation, personal injury litigation, and wrongful death litigation

Ms. Justice-Manning’s practice is concentrated in general civil litigation, with particular emphasis on complex commercial litigation, including ERISA defense and class actions.

Mr. Minor's practice is concentrated in the area of litigation, with a focus on commercial disputes.

Ms. Stewart’s practice is concentrated in the areas of tort and commercial litigation, and product liability defense. She has received trial experience in both Ohio state and federal bankruptcy courts.

Mr. Verticchio practices in the firm's litigation group, with a focus on commercial disputes. He has successfully represented a wide variety of business clients, including large financial institutions and other business clients both inside and outside the Cincinnati area
