Mr. Irwin’s practice is focused on the representation of parties in large mass tort bankruptcy proceedings. He is lead counsel to the trustees of nine mass tort settlement trusts, including, the Celotex, Armstrong World Industries, and UNR trusts.

Ms. Morales focuses her practice on business litigation and the representation of trustees of qualified settlement funds.

Ms. Rowe focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and mass tort settlement trust and related counseling. She has defended a number of corporate clients facing employment, securities, financial services and consumer class action lawsuits, and also has litigated matters involving sales of businesses and claims related to investment and bankruptcy fraud.

Mr. Sanker's practice is concentrated in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors' rights. He has extensive experience in representing debtors, creditors, creditors' committees, lenders, investors and purchasers in Chapter 11 cases and in out of court restructurings.

Mr. Scheier’s practice is concentrated in the areas of complex banking and creditor’s rights disputes, bankruptcy related litigation, complex commercial disputes, and mass tort bankruptcy proceedings.

Ms. Cox practices in the firm's business representation and transactions practice group. She represents privately-held and publicly-held companies on a variety of business transactions, including entity formation, manufacturing and distribution, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Ms. Muething practices in the firm's business representation and transactions practice group.

Ms. Recht practices in the firm's litigation group.  She has experience representing financial institutions, private equity funds, developers and major corporations in a wide range of matters including joint venture and partnerships disputes, real property disputes, problem loan disputes, fraud claims, and breach of contract claims.
