Mr. Burke’s practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial litigation, including both trial and appellate practice, in state and federal court.

Mr. Callow has represented clients in over twenty class action and MDL cases primarily involving securities, ERISA, antitrust, and general corporate and business-related claims. 

Mr. Coffaro focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, including corporate, intellectual property, insurance and real estate related disputes.

Mr. Creighton is a trial attorney. His practice is concentrated in general civil litigation, with particular emphasis on complex business, antitrust and tort litigation, including class actions.

Ms. D'Addesa's practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation, primarily in ERISA defense, securities and general corporate and business matters. 

Mr. Gilligan focuses his practice in litigation and is a senior member of the Litigation Group.

Mr. Hicks' practice is concentrated in the field of commercial litigation with an emphasis on financial banking litigation, securities litigation and arbitrations, as well as class actions.

Ms. Hodge primarily focuses her practice in the area of insurance coverage.

Mr. Irwin’s practice is focused on the representation of parties in large mass tort bankruptcy proceedings. He is lead counsel to the trustees of nine mass tort settlement trusts, including, the Celotex, Armstrong World Industries, and UNR trusts.

Mr. Izenson has broad experience in all aspects of civil litigation, with a concentration in complex business disputes and construction law.

Mr. Matthews practice is concentrated in the area of litigation with a focus on the analysis and litigation of insurance policy coverage issues.

Mr. Miller is a litigator with KMK. He is particularly adept at fast paced, legally intensive cases and matters that present novel issues of law. Mr. Miller has successfully handled expedited election law cases, challenges to state legislation, and injunction matters. 

Ms. Morales focuses her practice on business litigation and the representation of trustees of qualified settlement funds.

Mr. Muething's practice is primarily concentrated in the litigation and bankruptcy and reorganization areas.

Mr. Posey’s practice involves all aspects of litigation with particular emphasis in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and product liability litigation; insurance coverage; complex and multi-district litigation; and, being a pilot, aviation law, including aircraft accident litigation.

Mr. Ramsey is a member of the firm’s litigation group. He focuses his practice on representing both private and public companies in complex commercial litigation involving a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract claims, insurance coverage issues, fiduciary duty claims, unfair competition claims, business torts, trademark infringement, shareholder derivative suits, fraud, and the dissolution of limited liability companies, partnerships and closely held corporations.

Ms. Rowe focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and mass tort settlement trust and related counseling. She has defended a number of corporate clients facing employment, securities, financial services and consumer class action lawsuits, and also has litigated matters involving sales of businesses and claims related to investment and bankruptcy fraud.

Mr. Scheier’s practice is concentrated in the areas of complex banking and creditor’s rights disputes, bankruptcy related litigation, complex commercial disputes, and mass tort bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Sefton is a trial lawyer with extensive experience at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has obtained successful decisions, verdicts, and results for his clients at the trial level as well as through the appellate process. His practice focuses on highly complex, highly contentious litigation in which his client's most vital interests are at stake, including multidistrict litigation, class action litigation, complex product liability and personal injury litigation, financial and tax litigation, and antitrust litigation.

Mr. Utter’s practice is concentrated in the areas of class action, multi-district litigation, complex commercial litigation and personal injury.

Mr. Bules' practice is concentrated in the area of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on ERISA litigation defense and class actions.

Mr. Campbell practices in the firm's litigation group. 

Mr. Cappel’s practice is concentrated in the area of litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation and appellate practice. He also has experience in financial services litigation, construction litigation, personal injury litigation, and wrongful death litigation

Mr. Hankinson practices in the firm's litigation group. He has experience in a wide variety of complex intellectual property litigation matters, including disputes over patents, trade secrets, trade dress, and contractual relationships such as research collaborations, assignment-of-invention clauses, and non-competition agreements.

Ms. Heilman practices in the firm's litigation group.

Ms. Justice-Manning’s practice is concentrated in general civil litigation, with particular emphasis on complex commercial litigation, including ERISA defense and class actions.

Mr. Minor's practice is concentrated in the area of litigation, with a focus on commercial disputes.

Ms. Recht practices in the firm's litigation group.  She has experience representing financial institutions, private equity funds, developers and major corporations in a wide range of matters including joint venture and partnerships disputes, real property disputes, problem loan disputes, fraud claims, and breach of contract claims.

Mr. Stewart’s practice is concentrated in the area of litigation, with a focus on complex commercial matters. He has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation, including securities cases, class actions, employer intentional tort cases, qui tam cases, commercial arbitrations and insurance coverage disputes.

Ms. Stewart’s practice is concentrated in the areas of tort and commercial litigation, and product liability defense. She has received trial experience in both Ohio state and federal bankruptcy courts.

Mr. Verticchio practices in the firm's litigation group, with a focus on commercial disputes. He has successfully represented a wide variety of business clients, including large financial institutions and other business clients both inside and outside the Cincinnati area

Bryce Yoder practices in the firm’s litigation group. He has experience in the areas of commercial litigation and securities class actions.
