Mr. Fronduti’s practice is concentrated in commercial finance and focuses on the structural and legal aspects of debt financing and equipment leasing.

Ms. Gibson's practice is concentrated in the areas of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, both local and national, and finance.

Mr. Moeddel has a breadth of experience in structuring and negotiating complex business transactions and representing businesses in a general counsel capacity. He has represented both publicly held and private companies in acquisitions and divestures of existing businesses.

Mr. Rosenberg practices primarily in the areas of corporate finance, financial institutions, venture capital and reorganization.

Mr. Siegel is currently involved primarily in a general corporate and transactional practice, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and counseling small and mid size clients of the firm.

Mr. Whitaker rejoined the firm after having served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Provident Financial Group, Inc. and its bank subsidiary Provident Bank, until their acquisition by National City Corporation in July 2004.

A partner at Keating Muething & Klekamp since 1987, Mr. Matthews now serves in the Of Counsel capacity for the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice Group. His practice focuses on bank transactions, institutional and fund lending and a variety of complex financing transactions.

Mr. Bextermueller practices in the firm’s business representation & transactions group.
