Mr. Goodson is the leader of the firm's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. His practice is concentrated in employee benefits, ERISA and related tax matters.

Mr. Meisenhelder has extensive experience providing counsel to large companies with respect to all employee benefits, executive compensation and privacy matters.

Ms. Michel's practice is concentrated in the employee benefits (ERISA) and executive compensation areas. Her practice primarily involves all aspects of qualified retirement plans, including profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and defined benefit plans, executive compensation matters and welfare benefit plans.

Ms. Schindel is an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation group. She advises companies on the implementation and operation of tax-qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, as well as health and welfare plans.

Mr. Thweatt's practice is concentrated in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. He advises companies on the design, formation and operation of tax-qualified pension, profit-sharing ,and employee stock ownership plans, as well as health and welfare plans, including cafeteria plans.
