John Meisenhelder has extensive experience providing counsel to large companies with respect to all employee benefits, executive compensation and privacy matters.

Lisa Wintersheimer Michel is the leader of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. Her practice primarily involves all aspects of qualified retirement plans, including profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and defined benefit plans, executive compensation matters and welfare benefit plans.

Jay Thweatt's practice is concentrated in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. He advises companies on the design, formation and operation of tax-qualified pension, profit-sharing ,and employee stock ownership plans, as well as health and welfare plans, including cafeteria plans.

Laura Hughes practices in the firm's business representation and transactions practice group. She represents privately-held and publicly-held companies on a variety of business transactions, including entity formation, manufacturing and distribution, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Ms. Schindel is an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation group. She advises companies on the implementation and operation of tax-qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, as well as health and welfare plans.
