Mr. Coletti's practice is concentrated in the corporate, securities and financing areas where he has extensive experience in forming joint ventures, initial public offerings of securities, and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures representing both public and closely-held corporations.

Mr. Kreider concentrates his practice in the areas of securities regulation compliance, public offerings, private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and business planning and formation.

Mr. Moeddel has a breadth of experience in structuring and negotiating complex business transactions and representing businesses in a general counsel capacity. He has represented both publicly held and private companies in acquisitions and divestures of existing businesses.

Mark advocates for business clients in transactions, proceedings and conflicts governed by federal and state securities regulations. A partner in the firm’s business representation and transactions group, Mark applies his experience in securities regulatory matters for the benefit of both publicly traded and privately owned clients in strategic transactions, executive compensation and equity arrangements, corporate governance, reporting, and regulatory proceedings.

Mr. Steiner practices in the business representation & transactions practice group. The focus of his practice is corporate, securities and financing law, where he has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures representing both public and closely-held corporations and other entities.

Mr. Jacobs practices in the firm's business representation and transactions practice group. His practice includes representing corporate clients in a variety of business transactions, as well as advising publicly-held clients on matters related to SEC reporting and compliance, the listing standards of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market, and corporate governance matters.
