Mr. Coletti's practice is concentrated in the corporate, securities and financing areas where he has extensive experience in forming joint ventures, initial public offerings of securities, and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures representing both public and closely-held corporations.

Mr. Denton is a partner in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group. He represents both public and closely-held corporations in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions; the formation, organization and capitalization of new business entities; organization of joint ventures; advising franchisors and franchisees regarding franchise matters including the preparation of franchise disclosure documents and federal and state franchise regulatory filings; antitrust matters; regulatory and policy matters affecting domestic and international transactions including the preparation of filings pursuant to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act; and general advice regarding corporate and business matters.

Mr. Kreider concentrates his practice in the areas of securities regulation compliance, public offerings, private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and business planning and formation.

Mark advocates for business clients in transactions, proceedings and conflicts governed by federal and state securities regulations. A partner in the firm’s business representation and transactions group, Mark applies his experience in securities regulatory matters for the benefit of both publicly traded and privately owned clients in strategic transactions, executive compensation and equity arrangements, corporate governance, reporting, and regulatory proceedings.

Mr. Rosenberg practices primarily in the areas of corporate finance, financial institutions, venture capital and reorganization.

Mr. Steiner practices in the business representation & transactions practice group. The focus of his practice is corporate, securities and financing law, where he has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures representing both public and closely-held corporations and other entities.

Mr. Jacobs practices in the firm's business representation and transactions practice group. His practice includes representing corporate clients in a variety of business transactions, as well as advising publicly-held clients on matters related to SEC reporting and compliance, the listing standards of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market, and corporate governance matters.
