Mr. Fronduti’s practice is concentrated in commercial finance and focuses on the structural and legal aspects of debt financing and equipment leasing.

Ms. Gibson's practice is concentrated in the areas of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, both local and national, and finance.

Mr. Jansing is co-leader of the firm’s Business Representation and Transactions Group. His practice is concentrated in the general corporate, finance and international corporate areas.

Mr. Rosenberg practices primarily in the areas of corporate finance, financial institutions, venture capital and reorganization.

Mr. Sanker's practice is concentrated in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors' rights. He has extensive experience in representing debtors, creditors, creditors' committees, lenders, investors and purchasers in Chapter 11 cases and in out of court restructurings.

Mr. Siegel is currently involved primarily in a general corporate and transactional practice, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance and counseling small and mid size clients of the firm.

Mr. Steinberg's practice emphasizes all aspects of real estate transactional matters including finance, acquisition and disposition of real property, development of real property, loan assignments and purchases, workouts and restructurings involving multiple classes of commercial and residential real estate such as industrial buildings, hotels, office buildings, residential developments, apartment buildings, retail, hospitals and other special use buildings.

Mr. Stitt practices in the firm's commercial finance & reorganization concentrating in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors’ rights.

Mr. Whitaker rejoined the firm after having served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Provident Financial Group, Inc. and its bank subsidiary Provident Bank, until their acquisition by National City Corporation in July 2004.

A partner at Keating Muething & Klekamp since 1987, Mr. Matthews now serves in the Of Counsel capacity for the firm’s Commercial Finance Practice Group. His practice focuses on bank transactions, institutional and fund lending and a variety of complex financing transactions.
