Melissa A. Schaub


Melissa Schaub practices in the firm's Litigation Group.

Melissa earned her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Ohio State Law Journal. During law school, Melissa also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Edmund A. Sargus, Jr. of the Southern District of Ohio and participated in the moot court program as a member of the evidence team. Prior to joining KMK, Melissa worked for a commercial litigation boutique in Columbus, OH, where she gained experience conducting legal research, drafting and responding to pleadings, and handling electronic discovery. Melissa also served as a Research and Policy Intern for the U.S. Department of Labor where she worked within the International Bureau of Labor Affairs, in the Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor, and Human Trafficking.
