Virginia A. Zieleniewski

Litigation Support Specialist

Jinni Zieleniewski is a Litigation Support Specialist with the E-Discovery and Litigation Support Group.  She began her career with KMK as a Practice Group Assistant in the Litigation group doing various attorney assigned tasks in preparation of discovery and trial for a large and diverse client base.  Her core responsibilities as the firm's Litigation Support Specialist include managing paper and electronic discovery evidence throughout the litigation lifecycle, providing electronic document review management as well as designing and generating electronic document production deliverables in a cost-effective and value-added manner on behalf of the firm’s client base.  As a member of the Information Technology Group working exclusively in litigation, Jinni's role on KMK’s E-Discovery Task Force makes her uniquely suited to participate in the firm’s efforts to bridge the gap between counsel and Information Technology by helping the firm’s litigation attorneys educate clients about proactive, compliant and cost-effective e-discovery strategies and implementation.

Prior to joining Keating Muething & Klekamp in 2006, Jinni was a paralegal with the Litigation and Preventive Law department at GE Aviation.  She provided a wide variety of litigation support for all divisions of an $18 billion dollar world-leading producer of civil and military jet engines.  She also provided litigation support as the sole paralegal for GE Transportation, a $5 billion dollar global locomotive and transit signaling business headquartered in Erie, PA.  At her time at GE Aviation, Jinni was the lead in-house paralegal responsible for defense of $50 million dollar qui tam retaliation suit in which she managed a 300 plus custodian production in response to discovery motions by the Department of Defense.  Jinni also became Six Sigma Green Belt certified while implementing a system for retaining documents throughout the GE company including drafting of a new Document Retention policy as well as a new Document Collection policy and procedure which is still in use by the company today.
