Andrew J. Chamberlain


Andrew Chamberlain practices in the firm's Business Representation & Transactions Group where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate finance. He represents commercial banks, institutional lenders and corporate borrowers in a variety of commercial credit transactions. In addition, Andrew represents construction, bridge and permanent lenders, CMBS originators and conduit lenders, local and institutional developers, as well as owners and investors of real estate, in connection with their financing needs.

Andrew has experience counseling clients in secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-backed financings, cash flow and working capital loans, term loans, letter of credit facilities, and structured finance transactions. Andrew’s experience also extends to traditional real estate-based lending transactions and structured finance transactions, including CMBS origination and portfolio acquisition.

In addition, Andrew helps cannabis investors, cultivators, distributors, manufacturers and retailers in their business transactions as they navigate the regulatory frame work of The Ohio Medical Marijuana Control Program and U.S. Department of Treasury issues related to medical cannabis.

Prior to joining KMK, Andrew worked for Bank of America, N.A. where he assisted with debt finance transactions ranging from $10M - $4B and facilitated LSTA debt trade transactions.
