Ms. Nageleisen's practice is concentrated in the area of complex commercial litigation. She has experience representing both public and private companies in a wide array of business disputes, including commercial litigation, construction litigation, intellectual property litigation and employment law litigation.

She also has experience in personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice. Prior to joining Keating Muething & Klekamp, Ms. Nageleisen was an associate with The Lawrence Firm, L.P.A.

Ms. Nageleisen has litigation experience in both federal and state courts throughout the country, including first chair jury and bench trial experience. She has handled cases for clients in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, California, Illinois, Louisiana, New York, Michigan and Mississippi.
