Jennifer J. Morales

Ms. Morales focuses her practice on business litigation and the representation of trustees of qualified settlement funds. Ms. Morales has litigated before the trial and appellate courts of several states, as well as federal bankruptcy, district, and circuit courts.

Her recent experience includes defense of a financial institution in federal securities litigation, defense at the trial and appellate levels of a major law firm against malpractice allegations, defense of a publicly traded company against class-action allegations in a Title VII case, prosecution at the federal trial and appellate levels of a software developer’s intellectual property rights, representation of a Fortune 500 Top 10 company in various commercial litigation matters, and counseling settlement trusts on their administration. 

While in law school, Ms. Morales served as a judicial intern in the chambers of the Honorable Sonia Sotomayor, then of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Ms. Morales currently serves on the Council of Delegates of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Nominating Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association, and she is a member of KMK’s diversity and hiring committees.
