Courtney A. Laginess

Mr. Laginess practices in the firm’s intellectual property practice group.  He has experience in all phases of trademark prosecution and also practices in the area of copyright, domain names, advertising, licensing and intellectual property due diligence in corporate transactions.

In addition to his work in the intellectual property group, Mr. Laginess has experience in commercial contract review and business formation issues.
