Jonathan M. Hiltz

Mr. Hiltz is an associate in the firm's Business Representation and Transactions Group. His practice is concentrated in the corporate and finance areas, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Mr. Hiltz has experience representing clients in a wide range of business transactions, including venture capital and private equity investments, entity formation, equipment leasing and finance, strategic alliances, and international and domestic manufacturing, licensing and distribution arrangements. He also has experience counseling clients with respect to Hart-Scott-Rodino filings and other federal antitrust compliance matters, as well as ocean freight and motor carrier transportation law.
