Gail King Gibson

Gail King Gibson's practice is concentrated in the areas of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, both local and national, and finance. She has been the lead partner on many of the firm’s merger and acquisition engagements. She regularly represents clients in former asbestos-related industries in major divestitures, and other insurance industries in major acquisitions and divestitures such as Great American Life Insurance Company, American Financial Group, Inc., and Great American Financial Resources, Inc. Gail also handles finance transactions for major lending institutions. She is the first African-American female to be named a partner in a major law firm in Cincinnati.
